September 2009 saw the Necarne Castle International Horse Trials successfully completed. It was great to see lots of regular faces back to Necarne, but best of all we had lots of newcomers who thoroughly enjoyed their week of competiton. Necarne is renowned throughout the world for its friendliness and so a number of our first time international competitors vowed they would be back again to avail of the world class facilities and hotly contested classes.

Our thanks must go to everyone involved in this fantastic event and especially to all our sponsors, volunteers and officials and especially to Fermanagh District Council and the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise. Preparations for the 2010 event are well underway and we are looking forward to another successfull event.
